Does the price include set up and delivery?

YES! We pride ourselves on having one set price and charging no additional fees. Other companies in the area have various mileage, pickup, & delivery fees, but we have one flat price so there is no confusion. The price you see is the price you pay. Although additional fees may apply for areas farther out, extra tonnage/days. Remember prices do not include sales tax.

Do you deliver to other cities?

Yes, we will travel anywhere in the Central Texas Area. We will only charge mileage if you are outside a 25 mile radius of Austin. Please call our office for a current quote: 512-962-2137 or see our full service area.

What if I fill up my current dumpster and need another one?

EASY! Just call or text us and we will be happy to put a swap on the schedule for you! We will get back to you as soon as possible and should have you on the schedule within 48 hours.

Do i need to be on location for the dumpster delivery?

Not at all! When you call to book your dumpster, we will ask where you want your dumpster located. Our drivers will be able to see this from their app and place it exactly where you want it.

How far out do I need to schedule my dumpster delivery?

We prefer that you schedule your dumpster delivery a week out. With that being said, we understand if things compe up and you need a dumpster immediately, so we can usually get you on the schedule within 48 hours. No need to wait 7-10 days with other companies. Just give us a call and we are usually able to fit you in asap. and when you need a swap, we will be there too!

If I have a short project timeline and need a lot of swaps, Can I rent a truck for the day?

Absolutely! We work with demolition and various other companies who have short timelines. At no extra cost, we will dedicate a driver to you for the day(s) and ensure that you get the swaps needed so that your project stays on schedule.

Our timelines are not like other waste management companies with slow, unreliable, and unresponsive service. We will take care of you throughout the entire process!

Do you require a deposit?

Yes all orders require a $50 Credit Card deposit. The are fully refundable if you cancel your order at least 8 days prior to your rental date. If you cancel between 2-7 days prior to your rental you will be given a rain check that is good for 1 year.

What Size Dumpster do I need?

Our current inventory of dumpsters includes 10 yard, 20 yard, and 30 yard sizes, which are perfect for any of your residential or commercial needs.

10 yard Dumpster Recommended Use: 1-2 Room Construction Projects, Small Garage/House junk cleanup, 30 squares of single layer shingles Concrete, Dirt, Asphalt or other heavy material loads.

20 yard Dumpster Recommended Use: Multi-room/Warehouse junk clean out, 2-3 Room Construction Project, Roofing jobs of around 2,200 sqft, 55 squares of single layer shingles, Land Clearing/Landscaping.

30 yard Dumpster Recommended Use: Commercial/Multi-Family Construction or Demolition, Large Residential Construction, Land Clearing/Landscape, Large Warehouse Junk Cleanups, Commercial/Insulated Roofing.

What surfaces do you set up on?

We can set up on Grass (our favorite and best for the kids), dirt, asphalt, and concrete. Sorry, we can't set up on any type of rocks as the constant rubbing will wear through the vinyl jumps.

Can we see a copy of your contract and safety rules?

Yes. There is a link in your receipt once you've ordered or you may contact our office.

How long are typical rental periods?

Standard dumpster rental periods typically range from 7 – 10 days. Depending on your location, availability and demand, rental periods can usually be extended for a low daily rate. Please also note that if you keep your roll off dumpster longer than your specified rental period, you will be charged an extension fee for each additional day.
